SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5511 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Subject to the petitioners clearing the total outstanding liability on or before 29.03.2016 as per demand notice dated 27.11.2015 issued under sub-Section 2 of Section 13 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, together with incidental expenses that may have occurred by the 2nd respondent/the Central Bank of India represented by its Regional Officer of Monda Branch, Secunderabad, it may not confirm the sale in favour of the best bidder. In case, the petitioners fail to liquidate the said liability by the said date, the bank may proceed in accordance with law without any further reference to this Court.

With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
