HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20910 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.A.Ravi Shankar, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing fresh pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent of Ac. 2.00 in Sy.No. 193 and to an extent of Ac. 3.00 of land in Sy.No.191 totally admeasuring Ac. 5.00 of Takkellapally village, Yacharam Mandal, Rangareddy District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent of Ac. 2.00 in Sy.No. 193 and to an extent of Ac. 3.00 of land in Sy.No.191 totally admeasuring Ac. 5.00 of Takkellapally village, Yacharam Mandal, Rangareddy District."

The Assistant Government Pleader, referring to written instructions, states that the 4th respondent would inform the petitioner the reasons for not considering the case of the petitioner for grant of pattadar passbook/title deed so that the petitioner can work out the remedies, in accordance with law. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. The 4th respondent is given liberty to communicate the reasons within four
(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
