O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents, without following due process of law, are interfering with the subject property. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the said respondents are not interfering with the subject property of the petitioner. Sri P.Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent - Corporation, on instructions, submits that before taking any action, the Corporation will follow due process of law.
Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for 4th respondent.
Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for respondents, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property without following the due process of law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
