THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.741 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order dated 06.09.2013 in I.A.No.12 of 2013 in I.A.No.1532 of 2006 in O.S.No.377 of 2006 on the file of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous and prays to dismiss the same. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
