THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1218 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the docket order, dated 29.10.2019, passed in Crl.M.P (SR) No.1002 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4346 of 2017 pending on the file of V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aged about 65 years, suffering from old age ailments and taking treatment, as such the petitioner could not surrender before the Court concerned within the time fixed by the Court below. Therefore, the petitioner filed Crl.M.P (SR) No.1002 of 2019 to extend ten (10) days time to surrender, but the Court below without considering the same rejected the petition.

Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the impugned order, dated 29.10.2019, is liable to be set aside.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed setting aside the docket order, dated 29.10.2019, and the petitioner is granted ten

(10) days time from today to surrender before the Court concerned. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
