THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6637 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015 and that a large number of similar and identical cases have been disposed of directing the authorities to release the seized vehicles in terms of G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19-02-2015. 2.

The aforesaid submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner are admitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Further the learned Government Pleader submits that this writ petition may be disposed of in similar lines to the order of this Court dated 09.12.2015 passed in W.P.No.39888 of 2015.

In view of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of, following the decision of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015, directing the second respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicle. Since the petitioner has already submitted his application to the said respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate

AVSS,J W.P.No.6637 of 2017 orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, for release of the seized vehicle, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
