When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri T.Koteshwara Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the respondents are not interfering with the subject property pursuant to the order, dated O2.L2.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36809 of 2014.

In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt case.
