This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.86 of 2016 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, Nellore District, and transfer the same to any other Court at Proddatur, Kadapa District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
