HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12543 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 in C.C. No.262 of 2015 on the file of III Additional Magistrate of First Class, Khammam.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of discharge petition before the trial court. Permission is granted.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners/A.2 & A.3, being ladies are facing much difficult to attend the court and hence, their presence may be dispensed with.

4. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The presence of the petitioners/A.2 & A.3 in C.C. No.262 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Magistrate of First Class, Khammam on each and every date of adjournment is dispensed with. However, they shall appear before the trial court as and when their presence is so required.
