HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.860 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is preferred challenging the order dated 26-03-2015 in Crl.A.No.827 of 2014 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, wherein and whereby the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 13-102014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2431 of 2014 in D.V.C.No.1 of 2014 by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar granting maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month to the 2nd Respondent and Rs.3,000/- per month to her child.

Respondent No.2 filed the above application viz., Crl.M.P.No.2431 of 2014 claiming interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month to her and her daughter on the ground that the petitioner neglected to look after them. The Court below granted interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month to the 2nd Respondent and Rs.3,000/- per month to her child from the date of the petition. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present revision. Heard and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of modifying the order under revision as follows:

The petitioner is directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,500/- per month to the 2nd respondent and Rs.1,500/- per month to the child of the 2nd respondent from the date of the above Crl.M.P. and he is also directed to pay the maintenance at the same rate on or before 10th of every succeeding month till the disposal of D.V.C. and he shall also pay the arrears of maintenance, if any, calculating at the same rate within a period of one month from today. The trial Court is directed to dispose of D.V.C., as expeditiously as possible without being influenced by this order and the order under revision.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed.
