THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7826 & 7827 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.2984 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners and the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant of Crl.M.P.No.2087 of 2017 in Crime No.430 of 2013, taken cognizance by the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 506 and 120-B of IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7826 and 7827 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
