HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.23913 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for the petitioner as well as Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.2475 of 2019 and batch, dated 19.02.2019, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the above said order.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 19.02.2019 in W.P.Nos.2475 of 2019 and batch, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents to strictly follow the Circulars dated 09.03.2018 and 21.01.2019 issued by the respondents, without insisting for any undertaking from the petitioner, while considering his case for referring him to the Medical Board with regard to his medical fitness for continuing in the employment. There shall be no order as to costs.
