Heard Sri K.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.11.2015 to the 2nd respondent to settle his accounts and pay the amounts due to him. The grievance of the petitioner is that no action was taken till now and hence necessary direction may be issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the nature of the controversy, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation dated 06.11.2015 said to have submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
