HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.20644 of 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioners that the respondents are not registering the FIR pursuant to the complaint dated 15-06-2018 given by the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that the respondent-police never received any complaint and that a case is registered against the family members of the petitioners in Cr.No.358 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that liberty may be given to the petitioners to file fresh complaint to the competent authority.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh complaint and the same shall be considered in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
