Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, learned counsel for the petitioner/Surety Holder has filed a letter dt.12.11.2019 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case due to missing of some facts with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
