Link Legal Advocates, learned counsel for the appellant in O.S.No.14 of 2017 and Sri V.Anish, learned counsel representing Sri T.Vijaya Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant in O.S.A.No.20 of 2017, would submit that these appeals have become infructuous in the light of the fact that the respondent-IVRCL Limited is exploring options for divestment of its tollway projects in order to reduce its debt burden. A copy of the letter dated 19.08.2017 addressed by the IVRCL Limited to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited in this regard is placed on record. In the light of the aforestated submissions of the learned counsel, the appeals are dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
