This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hindupur to take appropriate steps forthwith pursuant to the complaint vide C.F.No.1172 of 2015 filed by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Hindupur is hereby directed to dispose of C.F.No.1172 of 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
