HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4546 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.111 of 2015 on the file of Palvoncha Town Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offences under Sections 354 and 506 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. A perusal of the record discloses that serious allegations are made against the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
