THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.22094 of 2016 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice dt.24.06.2016 (for short, 'the impugned notice') issued by 3rd respondent.

Sri P. Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of 2nd respondent, on instructions, states that the 3rd respondent will withdraw the said notice and if he proposes to take any action, a clear notice specifying the details on which response of the petitioner is sought would be issued.

In view of the assurance given by the learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent that the impugned notice would be withdrawn the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
