HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CONTEMPT CASE No.1548 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in pursuance of the order dated 22.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10547 of 2017, proceedings dated 04.08.2017 have been issued. However, as undertaken on the last date of hearing, proceedings dated 04.08.2017 have been withdrawn and fresh proceedings have been issued after taking into consideration the services of the deceased and the documents filed by the petitioner. The said submission is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed and the respondents are discharged from contempt proceedings. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the aforementioned proceedings, she is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
