THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P.M.P.No.3744 of 2015 IN/AND WRIT PETITION No.6626 of 2014 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) W.P.No.6626 of 2014 was dismissed for default on the ground of non-appearance of the counsel. W.P.M.P.No.3744 of 2015 is now filed to restore the Writ Petition to file.
Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the Writ Petition may be restored to file and the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedies.
W.P.M.P.No.3744 of 2015 is, accordingly, disposed of. The Writ Petition is restored to file and is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the statutory remedies. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
