The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the main suit in O.S.No.156 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, is disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
