Petitioners'

grievance is that they have made representations dt.04.01.2016, 25.04.2016, 19.03.2016, 10.08.2016 and 12.08.2016 requesting to carryout certain development works stated therein, at Kakateeya Hills, Madhapur, but no action has been taken by the 1st respondent in that regard.

The Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent states that the 1st respondent will consider and pass orders on the said representations within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision thereon to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the above representations made by the petitioners within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
