THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION No.14144 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner - A7 in Crime No.460 of 2016 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420 406, 506 and 120B IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner - A7 is innocent; he is no way connected to the offences alleged; and he is only an employee and not concerned with the management affairs of the 2nd respondent - Company. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has not yet been completed in the aforesaid crime.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with investigation. However, the Station House Officer, Malkajgiri Police Station is hereby directed not to arrest the petitioner/A7 in Crime No.460 of 2016 till completion of investigation or filing of charge sheet.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
