This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for records pertaining to department charge sheet issued to the petitioner, vide Charge Sheet No.ROCH/CGS/2015/1, dated 18.03.2015, by respondent No.1 and quash the same.

Heard Sri S.Siva Shanker, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Krishnam Raju, learnd standing counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this court by the learned standing counsel for the respondents that in pursuance to the charge sheet issued, a regular departmental enquiry was conducted against the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner was removed from service, and that challenging the removal order, the petitioner has also raised an industrial dispute under Section 2 (a) (ii) of the Industrial Disputes Act before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Hyderabad.

In view of the above submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, the cause in this writ petition does not survive, and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
