THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7461 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.574 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 406 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
