There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner appearing as party-in-person.
As a matter of fact, even on 31.8.2018 and 28.9.2018, there was no representation. On 28.9.2018, this Court passed the following order:
"No representation for the party-in-person. As a matter of fact, even on 31.8.2018, there was no representation. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. However, to give one more opportunity, post on 3.10.2018 under the caption "for dismissal".
From the above it appears that the party-in-person is not interested to prosecute the case.
Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
