In this writ petition, petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.3-District (Prohibition & Excise) Office, Medchal-Malkajgiri District not to grant any wine shop license with respect to property bearing Door No.3-5-8, Indiranagar, Ramanthapur, Uppal Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District. Today, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that wine shop license has already been granted on 24.10.2019 with respect to the afore-stated property.

In the light of the above, the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
