This petition is filed seeking for quash of the proceedings against the petitioners, who are A2 and A3, in Crime No.104 of 2013 on the file of Old Guntur Police Station, Guntur Urban District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners, the Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and of Sri Tata Singaiah Goud, the counsel for the 2nd respondent.

The Public Prosecutor files a memo stating that the matter has been compromised between the parties before the Lok Adalat on 09.09.2017.

Hence, in view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
