The case of the petitioner is that he got issued a legal notice dated 14.10.2016 to the respondents 5 and 6 for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.18 cents in Sy.No.5/5 of Pamur Village, Pamur Mandal, Prakasham District. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue pointed out that petitioner has not made an application in Form VI-A as envisaged under Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make an application in Form VI-A.

In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make an application in Form VI-A along with necessary documents to the 4th respondent. On such application being filed by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
