It is reported by the learned Government Pleader that the District Collector, Srikakulam, vide Rc.No.2540/2010 H3, dated 01.05.2015, cancelled the No Objection Certificate (NOC) granted earlier. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication further in the writ petition.
