This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 21.04.2016, passed in W.P.No.15963 of 2015. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order, dated 21.04.2016, has been complied with. In view of the above submission, no further proceedings need be taken in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
