HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6384 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is sole accused of Crime No.142 of 2018 of Devarapalli Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(i) IPC Section 5(l) read with (6) of POCSO Act, 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State, and perused the First Information Report, bail application averments and case diary. 3.

The manner in which the petitioner/accused, a married person having children, perpetrated the crime with a promise to marry the minor girl of 16 years, committing rape several times under that guise is not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail. 4.
