CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 17157/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus directing respondent Nos.2 to 7 to produce one Suddula Nagaraju, S/o. Lakshmaiah ("the alleged detenu"), before this Court and set him at liberty. At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (AP) on instructions submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested on 19.5.2017 and produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate-cum-Special Mobile Court, Guntur, on 20.5.2017, and that he was remanded by the jurisdictional Magistrate to the judicial custody. This submission is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
