Even as per the writ petitioner, there is a dispute with regard to identity of the property. Therefore, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no relief can be granted. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under common law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
