Heard.

The petitioners state that the father of petitioners 1 to 3 purchased the land admeasuring Ac.0-05 cents in Sy.No.315/1 paiki situated at Bakarapeta Street, Proddutur Village and Mandal, Y.S.R.Kadapa District through a registered sale deed Document No.2425 of 1976, dated 28-06-1976 and after his demise, the petitioners intend to share the said property among themselves and accordingly, they approached the 3rd respondent. However, the 3rd respondent is not receiving and entertaining the document presented by them for registration. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015, dated 15-06-2015.

In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioners for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the 3rd respondent is of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, he shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act. If, however, the document is found to be complied with all legal requirements, he shall register the same and release it in accordance with due procedure. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
