THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34073 of 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 10 in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2016 by conducting enquiry as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 09.09.2016.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted number of applications before the respondents on number of occasions, but the same were not considered properly by the respondents. He further submits that the petitioner has submitted another representation, dated 09.09.2016, to the second respondent and that the same is not being disposed of by the second respondent. Hence, he prays this Court to direct the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) submits that the representation of the petitioner will be disposed of by the second respondent in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 09,09.2016, submitted by the petitioner herein, as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
