Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana appearing for respondents 1 to 3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent. 3.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in summoning the petitioner to the police station, interfering in civil matters and threatening the petitioner to pay amounts to respondent No.4, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondent No.3 not to interfere with civil dispute pending between the parties, not to summon the petitioner to the police station and not to threaten the petitioner to pay amounts to respondent No.4. 4.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with civil litigation pending between the parties and not to summon the petitioner to the police station and not to threaten him to pay amounts to the 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, denied the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. He further submits that any action taken by the 3rd respondent will be in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties, not to summon the petitioner to the police station and not to threaten him to pay amounts to respondent No.4. However, if he intends to take any action, the same shall be in accordance with the procedure established by law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be n order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
