The grievance of the petitioner society is that it has submitted application on 04.09.2016 to the 1st respondent seeking permission for establishment of the Dental College at Chandramouli Nagar Sangam, Pedda Padugupadu Post, Kovur Mandal, PSR Nellore District, and in pursuance to the same, High Power Committee was constituted and the said Committee also inspected the subject premises on 24.09.2016 and submitted a report to the 1st respondent recommending for issuance of Essentiality Certificate/No Objection Certificate for establishment of Dental College by the petitioner. Inspite of the same, no action has been taken on the application of the petitioner.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner basing on the report submitted by the High Power Committee vide Lr.Rc.No.55/HPC/2016, dated 23.09.2016 and take action on the same, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
