This writ petition is filed to declare the action of 3rd respondent in issuing sanction proceedings dated 06-04-2011, 28-04-2011, 07-05-2011 and 23-04-2011 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
