On earlier occasions, when the matter was listed on 27-03-2019 and 08-08-2019, there was no representation for the applicant. On 06-01-2020, when the matter was listed, there was no representation for the applicant and the matter was directed to be listed on 09-01-2020 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", when the matter is called, there is no representation for the applicant. Hence, this Court is of the view that the applicant is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, this Arbitration Application is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
