HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4090 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to assign the land admeasuring Ac.1-00 cents in Sy.No.447 of Almpur Village, Rudravaram Mandal, Kurnool district in favour of the respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

This writ petition is filed on mere apprehension. It also goes to show that there are disputes between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. As on today, no assignment is made in favour of the 5th respondent, hence this Court cannot issue mandamus directing the respondents not to assign any particular land. It is for the authorities to consider and decide the said issue. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
