This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 24.07.2015 in Writ Petition No. 20635 of 2015. Today when the contempt case is taken up for admission, the learned Counsel appearing for the first contemnor produced before this Court communication No. 580/Stores/Exams/13, dated 18.01.2016 issued by the second contemnor. In view of the said communication, no further probe in the present Contempt Case is necessary. The Contempt Case is therefore closed.
