When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Revision Case and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
