THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.22095 of 2015 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief - " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the FIR basing on the petitioner's complaint dated 8.7.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the 4th respondent to register FIR and conducting investigation into the offences in the complaint and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The only grievance of the petitioner herein is non-registration of his complaint dated 8.7.2015 said to have been submitted to the respondents-police.

It is however reported by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the police have registered FIR No.338/2015 on the complaint of the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
