This writ Petition is filed seeking following relief - ".....to declare the open auction notice dated 18.04.2017 of respondent No.5 and in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2017 to continue to cultivate the schedule property for further period of 3 years on lease basis of the lands in Survey No.408, an extent of 19.24 cents in Sy.No.323 to an extent of 1.05 cents situated in Bomannampadu village, Addanki Mandal, Prakasam District is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provision of the Endowments Act apart from violation of Article 14, 19 & 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dt.16.04.2017, for further period of 3 years on lease basis, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned standing counsel for the respondents 2, 4 and 5 on instructions submit that the petitioner himself has become the highest bidder to cultivate the scheduleland, and in view of the fact that he has become highest bidder the subject land would be leased out only to the petitioner.

In the light of the subsequent developments, which have been taken place, there is no requirement to pass any orders in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
