THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1947 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P. No.19683/2015 dated 01.07.2015.

The said writ petition was disposed of directing respondent No.3 therein to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Now, the learned Government Pleader submits that the authorization of petitioner was cancelled vide proceedings dated 24.08.2015, and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Case. A copy of the said proceedings is produced before this Court. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
