Heard.

Aggrieved by the cancellation of pattedar pass books and title deeds, petitioner claims to have preferred Revision in the year 2016 before the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Prakasam District, Ongole. Alleging inaction on the said revision, this writ petition is filed.

Except enclosing a typed copy of the revision, no material is filed to show that revision was actually submitted and is received by the competent authority.

Having regard to this, no positive direction as sought for can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as under : If the Revision as claimed by the petitioner is already received by the Joint Collector against cancellation of pattedar pass book and title deeds of the petitioner, the Joint Collector shall consider the same in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as 5th respondent. A decision shall be taken expeditiously and at any rate within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that there is no expression of opinion and if the revision is already filed and notice is affected on the 5th

- 3 - respondent, it is open to the 5th respondent to raise all objections as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
