HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.5122 of 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this court by both the learned counsel that in an identical matter, this court disposed of Writ Petition No.3392 of 2016 by way of an order dated 05.02.2016 and a copy of the same is placed on record.

In view of the same, this court is inclined to pass the same order. In the circumstances, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.02.2016 in Writ Petition No.3392. The petitioner is permitted to raise additional grounds in support of his appeal within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If such additional grounds are raised within a period of one week, the appellant authority i.e., the District Collector, Krishna District, Machilipatnam (3rd respondent) shall pass orders, on consideration of the appeal already preferred, within the time granted above. Till the orders are passed by the appellate authority, the respondents shall not take further steps in pursuant to the notification bearing No.166/A/2016, dated 23.01.2016, insofar as the Anganwadi Centre at Rajiv Nagar, Code No.58, Thiruvuru Mandal is concerned. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
