Today, it is stated by Mr. P.V.A. Padmanabham, learned counsel for the appellant, that the parties have joined together.
Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous and, hence, it is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
